Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before your appointment will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made 2+ weeks in advance may be rescheduled once.

We allow a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with forfeiture of the deposit.

Yes — Maeve Beauty travels to your location (home, hotel, event venue) for a travel fee based on distance. Select "On-Location Service" when booking and we will confirm the fee with you.

Maeve Beauty operates from a private home studio in St. Albert, Alberta. The full address is shared only in your booking confirmation email.

All bookings are made online through our booking page. No walk-ins accepted.

Deposits are collected securely online via credit or debit card. Remaining balances may be paid by e-transfer or card on the day of service.

To maintain the privacy and atmosphere of our studio, we ask that clients attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
